300+ professionals from 41 countries and 14 industries participated in an open-source SDGXCHANGE survey as a part of our Change Readiness Study. Here are the 4 key findings:

🔹 Collaboration is rising – Clan culture jumped from 2.62 ➡️ 3.21
🔹 Adaptability is in demand – Change Agent rose from 1.95 ➡️ 3.14
🔹 Competitive mindsets are declining – Market focus fell from 2.54 ➡️1.78
🔹 Rigid structures are out – Status quo dropped from 2.89 ➡️ 1.86

The takeaway? Professionals want to:

• shift away from traditional, competitive models
• towards inclusive, human-centered cultures
• built on teamwork, innovation, and long-term sustainability
