Future.preneursengageability is delighted to announce that over the summer 2019 four Future.preneurs support our team as research analysts. The analysts join the team through the Future.preneurship program, supporting us on the flagship project Focused Reporting. The Swiss-wide benchmark study is in collaboration with öbu and RepRisk, covering around 130 firms this year.

The fifth edition of Focused Reporting gets support by four research analysts. engageability is excited to announce the extended assistance and the expansion of the team. The analysts join Focused Reporting while taking part in weekly trainings to develop additional skills offered through the Future.Preneurship program. Future.preneurship connects career starters with innovative companies for internships. The spin-off of Impact Hub Zürich supports companies with recruiting as well as weekly training of interns to sustain an unforgettable and lasting learning experience for everyone involved.

The Future.preneurs ideally complement engageability’s team with their dedication and additional knowledge due to their different backgrounds. Flurina Ziefle is entering her second year of her bachelor’s degree in business sciences at the University of Zurich. Philipp Hamböck is about to end his bachelor’s studies in environmental engineering at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences. Olivia Wunderlin is embarking on her second year of her master’s in food sciences at the ETH Zurich. Raphaela Bigler continues with her second year of the master’s in International Affairs at the University of St. Gallen.

Focused Reporting is an initiative by engageability and öbu in cooperation with RepRisk. Joining forces, the team analysed sustainability and integrated annual reports of Swiss companies annually since 2015. As for the first time in 2017, we rolled out an extensive Swiss-wide benchmark study, covering around 120 Swiss firms. The aim of the project is to promote holistic and transparent sustainability reporting in Switzerland.
