SwissCleantech Dialog 2025: Nature under pressure – and how business can lead the wayAm 25. Juli 2025 von Barbara Dubach auf LinkedIn gepostet (im Original auf Englisch):

The Swisscleantech Dialog 2025 attracted more than 600 participants — a strong signal that the Swiss business community is ready to lead on climate and nature.

🥗 We kicked off the day with the CEO4Climate lunch, featuring thought-provoking inputs from Julia Binder (IMD) and @Joseph de Weck (Greenmantle). Both emphasized that even in geopolitically challenging times, we must stay committed to the net-zero goal — a clear call for long-term responsibility despite short-term uncertainty.

Our breakout session on 🌿 Nature under pressure – and how business can lead the way 🌍 brought together inspiring voices, company insights, and a strong sense of urgency — and opportunity.

🙏 A big thank you to our speakers:
Dr. Tobias Raffel (Biodiversity Bridge)
Catherine Tschudi (Schneider Electric)
Florence S. (Romande Energie)
Thomas Hügli (AXA Switzerland)
… and to @Sibylle Grass, EMBA, David Diallo and Pascal Vuichard for moderating this highly interactive exchange.

🔍 We explored the ACT-D Framework — a practical guide for companies to take credible nature-positive action:

🔸 Assess dependencies and impacts on nature
🎯 Commit to targets aligned with global biodiversity goals
🔧 Transform operations, value chains, and business models
📢 Disclose actions transparently using robust standards
🚀 A special highlight: the launch of the “It’s Now for Nature” Accelerator in Switzerland!

This 9-month journey empowers companies to build a nature strategy with expert guidance, tools and peer exchange.
📅 Applications are open until mid July (https://lnkd.in/dkGHDw4z) — don’t miss your chance to be part of the first cohort.
💚 Let’s move from awareness to action. When it comes to nature, the time is now.
