Sustainability has become a core task for top management bodies, as it harbours both financial risks and strategic opportunities for future value creation. Actively addressing this issue is therefore not just a question of compliance, but a business necessity to ensure long-term competitiveness.

Our offer

With our leadership programme, we support leaders in strengthening their sense of responsibility for their role in the corporate and social environment. In collaboration with Susan Tomasko, our leadership programme uses practical tools, harnesses the potential of your own sphere of influence and creates a path forward together. Through our interactive training programmes, we promote a strategic focus on positive impact – and create space for new ways of thinking and future-oriented action.

We support company management and boards of directors in integrating sustainability holistically into the corporate strategy and structure. We also help boards of directors to fulfil their responsibility with regard to non-financial reporting. Using the focussed reporting methodology, we evaluate sustainability reports in terms of completeness, impact orientation and relevance. This reveals potential for optimisation both in the reporting itself and in the underlying sustainability management, thereby strengthening strategic responsibility at the highest management level.

With keynote speeches and the moderation of various events and formats, we support boards of directors and management boards in their in-depth discussion of key sustainability issues. We impart in-depth knowledge in the areas of ESG (environment, social, governance) and other future-relevant topics such as climate change, biodiversity or sustainable innovation using tools such as Climate Fresk, Biodiversity Fresk or postfossilCities. Our contributions create clarity, convey up-to-date expertise and provide a basis for informed and forward-looking decisions by company management and relevant stakeholders and stakeholder groups.
